Great news! The new batch of Astrion Remote orders has begun shipping this week. Orders are being fulfilled in the order they were placed, and shipping will continue after the Qingming Festival.
I’m attaching photos of the assembly process from a few days ago to this post and will follow up later with photos of the packaged items.
Given the large volume of customers, you may not receive the mass email notification. If you placed an order in February or March and haven’t received a shipping notification within a week, please feel free to reach out to me.

Hi, I’m having a problem with DPD. A package containing a remote control has been stuck in my city, but the automated support system does not recognize my address details, so I’m unable to redirect it to a pickup point, in this case a parcel locker.
When I try to redirect it through the DPD website, a PIN is generated that should be sent to me by SMS and by email, but I have not received it either.
I called DPD customer service, but the only information I got was that they had submitted a request to investigate the issue.
Sanytron, is there any way you could help me with this?
Thank you for reaching out and for your patience. I’ve forwarded your complaint to our freight forwarder in China. According to their system, your order 84150005132504 shows that a recipient-requested address change was submitted yesterday.
At this point, the best way to move things forward is to check the local processing status directly. Our freight forwarder recommends contacting the local DPD office proactively to help speed things along. You can reach them at +48 225 775 555.
We understand this is frustrating, but calling them directly and referencing your tracking/order number usually helps resolve these issues faster.
Please keep us updated on any progress, and we’ll continue to monitor from our side as well.
Thanks again for your patience,
Charles

Thanks for the reply. The phone contact with bots is still a real challenge. We’ll see what progress there will be today with this shipment. They claimed they didn’t have my phone number or email, and now they have entered the phone number. The redirection of the parcel was only a verbal instruction, but I still haven’t received an answer about which parcel locker they would redirect it to.
Thanks for the update — and I completely understand your frustration. Automated courier systems can unfortunately be quite difficult to deal with sometimes.
According to the forwarder tracking records, the latest status shows:
2026-04-29 12:33 – Out for delivery
2026-04-29 12:36 – Notification sent
2026-04-29 15:44 – Parcel delivered successfully
2026-04-29 15:49 – Delivery confirmation (POD) received
So from the logistics side, the shipment is now marked as successfully delivered.
Because there was a relabelling issue and the earlier failed hand-over to the parcel locker (PUDO oversized), it is very likely the courier completed delivery directly rather than redirecting it to a locker.
Could you please check:
your building reception / neighbors
safe place delivery area
or any delivery notice left by the courier
If you still cannot locate the parcel, I strongly recommend calling the local DPD contact again and asking specifically for POD (Proof of Delivery) details — they should be able to tell you exactly where and to whom it was handed over.
Please keep me updated — I’ll continue assisting until we confirm everything is safely in your hands
That’s great news — I’m really glad to hear everything arrived safely and was collected without any issues
Thank you as well for your patience during the delivery process. International shipping can occasionally be unpredictable, so we truly appreciate your understanding.
Enjoy getting everything set up when you’re home on Friday — that’s always the fun part
If you run into any questions during setup or want advice on configuration ideas, feel free to post here anytime. The community (and we) are always happy to help.
Thanks again for the thoughtful suggestions — they’re exactly the kind of input that helps shape the next iteration of the system. I will record and show your post to the team and take for next updates
