Astrion Remote Shipping Update β February & March Orders
Weβre happy to share an important update with all Astrion Remote customers and community members.
All Astrion Remote orders placed in February and March have now been fully processed.
All goods have been handed over to our international freight forwarder.
Commercial invoices and shipment notifications have already been sent to customers via email.
Thank you again for your patience and support during this production and fulfillment period.
About Our Shipping Process
To keep Astrion Remote accessible worldwide, we maintain a flat worldwide shipping fee of USD $30, even though actual logistics costs vary significantly by country. In many regions, we subsidize shipping costs ourselves so customers can enjoy the same pricing regardless of location.
Instead of shipping individually from the factory, we work with contracted freight forwarders who consolidate international shipments and then assign the most suitable carrier for each destination, such as:

β’ FedEx
β’ UPS
β’ or equivalent regional express services
Because Astrion Remote contains a rechargeable battery, international air shipments require additional procedures, including airline approval, customs documentation, and flight scheduling.
What this means for customers:

Tracking numbers are not generated immediately after factory dispatch.

Carrier allocation and export processing usually take about one week.

Tracking numbers and shipment status will be updated gradually in batches.
Please note that we may not send individual emails for every tracking update, so we encourage customers to follow our official channels for the latest announcements.
