Englishman, retired and enjoying life in Girona, Spain. Have had a multi-source hi-fi system since I was a teenager. It has evolved from stereo into 5.1 surround and I have always tried to minimise the number of remotes needed to manage it all.

Loved my Pronto TSU9400 which served me for many years until it started developing swollen LiPo batteries. Replaced it with a Logitech Harmony Elite + Hub setup which worked well overall but increasingly felt constrained by fixed activity logic and limited flexibility around direct device control.

Looking forward to seeing Astrion evolve into a truly flexible Home Assistant–native replacement before the Harmony ecosystem finally fades away.
