I have some HA scripts that use the navigation action to tell the Astrion to switch to a specific TV Card. I am curious if there is a way to have it switch to the Media Player part of the TV Card (i.e the 2nd page of the TV Card")? Maybe a way to have HA tell remote to swipe left?

Thanks for the suggestion. This isn’t supported in the current version yet, but I’ve noted it down and our team will take a look to see if it’s feasible.
For now, you can jump to the TV Card and then swipe to the media player page. Or if you mainly want to control music, you could add a Media Player Card instead — that way you can go straight to it without swiping.

Thanks. I tried just adding media card but that does not inherit the button settings/mappings from the TV Card which I need. That brings up another idea/question…would it possible to allow for button mappings on media cards like the TV card? The way I have things setup…I need the volume controls to always control a specific device(my AVR) regardless of what media player is playing. Currently I have the volume buttons for each TV card set to the AVR…would be nice if going forward that could be global somehow.
You can add a media card as a side swipe from the TV card.
Regarding a standalone media player card — if you only need volume button mapping, that can be done. But if you need to map other buttons as well, then there’s no way to do that.
For now, regarding media player control button mapping, here are three workarounds I would suggest:
Option 1: Bind the media player device inside the TV Card. This allows you to use the TV Card button mapping, but the downside is that you cannot jump directly to the media player interface — you need to swipe manually.
Option 2: Use a standalone Media Player Card. It supports volume button mapping, but the downside is that you cannot map any other buttons besides the volume buttons.
Option 3: Add the media player device as a separate TV Card. This allows full button mapping and direct navigation, but the downside is that the touchscreen interface will be the standard TV interface rather than the media player interface.
