We have published an important safety notice regarding the power connections on UltraBar X / CoreBar.
The key point is simple:
USB-OTG — use this port for compatible fast charging (PD/QC).
PC-LINK — 5V input only. Never connect a fast charger to this port.
The PC-LINK circuit is designed for 5V input. Connecting a higher-voltage fast-charging adapter may permanently damage the CoreBar, its mainboard, or connected equipment.
Please check your power adapter and port before connecting power.
