Have an issue with the pins. If I remove the little plastic bit and charge by USB, works fine. But using the dock, I have to be very careful how I set the remote in the dock and it seems like I need to push it into the dock at the bottom for it to charge? It does not seem to matter if I have the USB cover on or off?
Any ideas to make this more reliable would be great.
Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with the charging contacts on your dock.
Based on your description, the issue may be caused by one of the following:
Dust or debris on the pogo pins or charging contacts
Please try gently cleaning them with a dry cotton swab or a soft cloth.
Slight misalignment of the pogo pins
Please check whether any of the pogo pins on the dock are stuck or not protruding evenly.
The remote control is not making full contact with the dock
Please try placing the remote control vertically onto the dock and avoid placing it at an angle.
If the issue persists after cleaning the contacts and checking the alignment of the pogo pins, please record a short video showing how you place the remote control onto the dock and send it to our support email address: support@sanytron.com.
We will forward the video to the appropriate engineer for further analysis and assessment.
Hello, I’m having the same issue. After speaking with another user, I found they are experiencing the same malfunction. So, I added a loading screen to the Astrion custom dashboard to address it.
